Before you post, please read these hints:

• Your news is not automatically published. We review all submissions prior to publication. We may refuse your news or edit it for space/content at our discretion.

• Do not paste directly from Microsoft Word. Click the clipboard icon below with the letter T on it. A paste window will appear. Paste into that Window to clean up the formatting from Word.

• Do not put your entire article in the first entry box!

  The first box is for introductory text. You may also put your first paragraph in it. The main body of your text goes into the second box.
• Use only lower case names for images! Your first image will be loaded with your intro text, the second image is loaded with the rest of your article.
• Choose the right category
• Use the proper images size (Max Width:180px - Max Height:200px). Best images size should be 180x150.
• HTML is allowed. Compose your article in Frontpage, Dreamweaver or some other utility and paste in the code below by first clicking the 'Source' button on the editor.
• Pasting from Web pages is fine. Copy the text on the page, then paste it in.
