Question: How do I put a picture of myself in the directory?

Answer: Directory entries can have up to 2 pictures. It is really easy to put in pictures. Either when doing a new entry, or when editing your entry, use the file browse window for 'Mini Logo' to upload a small picture, and 'Logo' to upload a bigger one. This will be displayed automatically in your directory entry.

To have a picture in your Profile, select 'Your Profile' from the member menu, and then put your mouse on 'Edit' at the top of your profile page. One option is to update your picture. You can click on that, and then upload your picture there. The picture that you upload to your profile will also show up on your blog.
