CorFun, Inc. and St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Ft. Lauderdale are please to announce the launch of the newly re-designed stdemetrios.org

Custom Orthodox Websites for ministries and parishes, Christian WebsitesThe Website replaces an older Joomla site with the latest Joomla-powered technology. The bold, innovative design was primarily done by Nikita Yaroshevsky, who is making his debut as one of CorFun's newest designers. Nikita is an Orthodox Christian from Russia, and has joined CorFun to work on Orthodox contracts. Prior to designing the St. Demetrios Website, Nikita had begun his career with CorFun working on CRM solutions for the Orthodox Christian Network (OCN).

In addition to a beautiful, Orthodox theme done custom by Nikita, the new St. Demetrios site features: online giving, multiple slideshows, video, online stewardship form, a parish calendar, and all the basic Joomla features which make it beloved of so many Christian ministries.

Father Chris Metropulos, senior priest at St. Demetrios, recorded a new video welcome visitors to the new site. Click here to view it.

Glen Chancy, CIO of CorFun, summed up his company's reaction to the finished project, "I'm an Orthodox Christian, and I brought Nikita on-board specifically to handle Orthodox accounts. I was looking for someone who had an eye for how the Church needs to present herself online to the world. Nikita more than lived up to those expectations. The colors, the graphics, and the presentation make the St. Demetrios site one of the best Orthodox parish sites in the entire United States. We are quite proud of it, and I am sure that most people visiting will find their time on stdemetrios.org very rewarding."
