Just open a ticket online telling us what you need. For Gold level members and above, telephone support during expanded business hours are also available. The support phone number is sent to you as part of your welcome email when signing up for a higher-level plan. In addition, if you are a Gold level and above and have a big project centered around Orthodoxbiz (such as building a mini-site), then we are happy to assign a member of Orthodoxbiz's staff directly to your project team to assist. This 'hot site' treatment helps your project go smoothly and increases the speed with which you can put Orthodoxbiz's capabilities fully to work for you. |
